Refund policy

At JustPals, we maintain strict quality checks to ensure that you receive only the best products. 

Returns can be made for an exchange of size or store credit provided the returned item meets the following criteria:

• Your item is returned to us within 7 days of receiving your order.
• The item is in saleable condition, unworn or unused, with all original packaging and tags attached.
• Items must be sent back to us by the customer.
• Exchanges are subject to size availability.
• A nominal fee of ₹59 applies. For store credits, this amount will be adjusted from the credit issued, while for exchanges, it will need to be paid separately at the time of processing.

In case of damaged, defective, or wrong items received, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [Justpals.in@gmail.com] with your order number and clear product images. Our team will review the issue and get back to you promptly.

Refunds for damaged items only,  will be processed to the original mode of payment within 7–10 working days.
